500 grams of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup mirin
4.
2 tablespoons sake (or white wine)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey
7.
2 cloves garlic, minced
8.
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
9.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
10.
Sesame seeds for garnish

Sliced green onions for garnish

Direction
Step 1
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well to create the teriyaki sauce.
Step 2
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a shallow dish. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
