500 grams mutton kheema (minced mutton)
2.
2 tablespoons oil
3.
1 onion, finely chopped
4.
2 green chillies, finely chopped
5.
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
6.
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
7.
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
8.
1 teaspoon garam masala
9.
Salt to taste
10.
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Direction
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chillies. saute until the onions become translucent.
Step 2
Add the ginger-garlic paste to the skillet and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
Step 3
Add the mutton kheema to the skillet and mix well. Cook the kheema for about 5-7 minutes until it changes colour and releases its juices.
Step 4
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt to the skillet. Mix well to coat the kheema with the spices. Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the kheema is cooked through and the flavours are well combined.
Step 5
Once the kheema is cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice. Enjoy the flavourful and spicy Mutton Kheema with your choice of bread or rice for a delicious meal.
Note
You can adjust the spice levels according to your preference by adding more or less red chilli powder. Additionally, you can add vegetables like peas or carrots to the kheema for added texture and flavour.
